| I ____________________________________ understand that I am responsible for the equipment I use. This equipment will be properly cleaned, secured, and maintained. Any negligence on my part will be paid for by me. I am responsible for cleaning filters, changing the oil, and sharpening the blades. I will keep my truck clean, pressure wash my equipment once a month. I will follow all established safety guide lines and inspect the truck and trailer before driving. I will wear gloves, eye protection, ear protection, and a hard hat when ever operating equipment. I will make sure all my equipment is put away clean and locked up at the end of the day.
